Mech Mice “Genesis Strike” Book is Now Done!
0Rsnail posted on his blog that the first Mech Mice book is now done and that the name of the book is “Genesis Strike”. The book will be available on Amazon in a couple of weeks and the book cover was drawn by Cale. The book was written by the Miller Brothers, but you already know that.
I cannot say better what’s going on than Rsnail, this is what he said in his post:

After months of work, the first book in the Mech Mice series is finished. The Miller Brothers have done a fantastic job crafting a story based on the Mech Mice universe.
The first book contains 21 chapters, plus a prologue and epilogue, around 300 pages, and over 55,000 words. The first book will be available on Amazon for purchase in the next couple of weeks.
But why did you write a book before developing the game?
The book project forced us to explore the Mech Mice universe. We now have a clear vision for the Mech Mice history, locations, characters, technology, and cultures.
What’s next for the Millers?
The Millers are working with Kaio Interactive to develop a game based on their Codebearers series. They need your help to create the game! Check out the project on Kickstarter.
What’s next for the RocketSnail?
Now that the book is complete, the RocketSnail team is busy working on the Mech Mice game.
Seems like everything is great in the RocketSnail Games studio. I’ll be back soon with more.

Even More Content About Mech Mice, Now Chapter 11
0Do you remember the end of March 2011, when he heard for the first time the name “Mech Mice”? It’s been more than an half year since then and we already have 11 chapters of the story (the book is already done), tons of illustration, a comic and some videos with the game. There will be some sort of testing in December too. Chapter eleven has just been released. You can read it here:
Mech Mice 3D Simulation Room and About Team
1The news say that the Mech Mice book is almost finished. That Screenhog already composed some music for the game and that Andrew continues modelling the Mech Mice universe. Cale is back from CTN Expo from Burbank, California and that he will be able to continue draw mice. Rsnail gave us this image from a Simulation Room. It is a snapshot of the actual look of the room in 3D. It has been done in Unity3D.
We’ll be waiting for more from the Mech Mice universe. Screenhog is also working on shaders in Unity3D.

Mech Mice 3D Character

One of the latest versions of a 3D Mech Mice character has been posted on RocketSnail Games blog. It is just 3D mice holding a futuristic weapon in his hand. I don’t actually think this is the best the team can do. I’m sure that it is going to be a better version really soon.
